- Source Code Repository: Read-only access to GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps (all branches)
- Documentation: Access to wikis, README files, ADRs, and internal documentation
- Development Environment: Read-only access to dev/staging (no production access required)
- CI/CD Pipelines: Access to build and deployment configurations
👥 Team Availability
- Primary Contact: CTO, VP Engineering, or Engineering Manager with decision authority
- Technical Interviews: 2-3 key team members for 60-90 minute discovery sessions
- Response Time: Ability to respond to questions within 2 business days
- Review Time: Capacity to review draft deliverables within 5 business days

Access delays extend project timelines proportionally. A 5-day delay in providing repository access results in a 5-day extension of the delivery date.
